Panyee Island or Baan Klang Nam is located at Tambon Ko Panyi, Amphoe Mueang, Phang Nga Province. The origin of the name comes from "Toh Babu", an Indonesian leader who migrated 200 years ago when he came to the island of Panyee, went up to flag the immigrants who know it as a place.
